Always make sure the store page has completely loaded before clicking the Shopaxa extension to capture your cart.
For non-luxury stores, Shopaxa currently supports only the US and UK versions of the supported stores.
Some items may be cheaper on US stores, while others may be cheaper on UK stores. It's recommended to compare both before shopping, as delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and country rate.
We continuously add new supported stores every week, so check back often for more shopping options.
Sometimes a supported store may stop working due to updates or changes on the store's website. When this happens, we are usually alerted and work to fix it as quickly as possible.
A strong internet connection helps the extension capture your cart properly and prevents errors.
The Shopaxa extension only works on supported stores. If the extension doesn't activate on a page, the store may not be supported yet.
If the extension doesn't respond or capture items, refresh the page and try again.
Do not click the Shopaxa extension if there are pop-ups displayed on the store page, as they may prevent the extension from opening. Sometimes the cart or navigation page itself can appear as a pop-up, so make sure all pop-ups are closed first.
The Shopaxa extension must be used on a laptop or desktop to create cart codes or save luxury items. Other tasks, like browsing saved carts, tracking orders, and continuing shopping from your dashboard, can be done on mobile. If you don't have a laptop, a friend can help generate your cart code on theirs, which you can then use to continue shopping on your mobile.
Some stores may not load properly from Nigeria. If this happens, use a VPN and set your location to the UK or USA. You may also need the VPN later when checking item availability on those stores.
There are two ways to know if a store is supported. First, if your Shopaxa extension is pinned, the logo will turn blue on supported stores and remain gray on unsupported ones. Second, the Shopaxa logo will appear on the right side of the screen, ready to be clicked after adding items to your cart.
If you created a cart, it’s best to shop immediately. If you return hours or days later, always confirm that each item is still available, especially the selected size. If prices have changed, create a new cart code before making payment.
Delivery for non-luxury stores is weight-based and paid after items arrive in Nigeria. Once your items arrive, they are weighed and you’ll be charged based on the current rate. You can view the weight rate in the extension when creating your cart code. Luxury store delivery is paid upfront during checkout.
After a luxury quote is completed, you have 6 hours to make payment. If payment is not made within this time, the payment link will expire.
When shopping luxury, you can add items from multiple stores into one order, making it easier to check out everything at once.
You can share your cart codes with friends. When they load the code, they can save it to their account. To save a cart, click the save icon at the top right after loading the code. If the icon is white, it means the cart can be saved. If it’s black, it has already been saved. Saved carts can be found in the dashboard.
